These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and use of the Inspired 3D website. By placing an order or submitting a custom project request, you agree to these terms.
Products and Availability
Inspired 3D sells made-to-order 3D-printed products and provides custom printing services. Product availability, colors, materials, dimensions, and pricing may change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel and refund an order when a product or price was listed incorrectly.
3D-Printed Characteristics
Layer lines, minor surface variations, and small differences in color or dimensions are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not necessarily defects. Products are intended for the uses described on their product pages.
Custom Projects
Custom project pricing, timing, materials, and specifications are determined individually. Production may begin after the customer approves the design, specifications, and quoted price. Customer-approved custom products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.
Customer-Provided Files
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any models, images, trademarks, designs, or other files they submit. Customers may not submit illegal, infringing, unsafe, or prohibited content. Inspired 3D may decline any project at its discretion.
Payments
Payment is due through the payment methods offered at checkout or stated in a custom-project quote. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before purchase.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping is available only within the United States. Processing, delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy published on this website.
Intellectual Property
The Inspired 3D name, website content, original photographs, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Customers retain their rights in files they lawfully provide for custom projects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspired 3D is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
