Refund Policy

All Inspired 3D items are crafted to order. We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@inspired3d.co within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, including photos of the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. Please note that custom prototyping projects are non-refundable once production has commenced. For custom prototyping, we provide a digital design approval before printing; once you approve the design, the item is considered a final order.
