Refund Policy

Standard Products

Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Starting a Return

Before returning an item, contact info@inspirational3d.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior contact may delay processing.

Return Shipping and Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

Custom Products

Custom, personalized, or customer-approved designs are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact Inspired 3D within seven days of delivery and include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Because products are made to order, contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
